Things I Am Currently Obsessed With: Go To Products

Hello darlings!

What!?! I know. It's shocking. I wrote a blog post.

I've been testing products in a very lazy fashion so I don't have full reviews yet and I haven't done my nails in ages except for a short vacation in May. So instead, I thought I'd share with you the top products in my current routine.

Left to Right: MAC Misty Me, KIKO 110, Too Faced Light, Stila Intense Black, Wet n' Wild Blossom Glow

MAC LiquidLast Liner in Misty Me
When I first bought this I was feeling some immediate regret after making an impulse purchase. It's so expensive for such a tiny amount of product. But as I've played around with it, I've become a bit obsessed. This is the most amazing metallic silver liner. It's so bright and bold. You don't need to build it up. You just swipe it on and you've got liquid metal on your eyes. The brush it comes with is not amazing or anything but I haven't had any issues with it. You can do a double line with a black liner but I find that doing a clean wing is a bit tricky when I'm rushing. My favorite way to wear this is to draw a line from my inner corner to halfway or a third of the way across my eye and then finish the rest of the line and the wing with black liner. It gives me the same pop of brightness as an inner corner highlight and keeps basic black liner from looking so heavy.

KIKO Kajal Pencil in 110
I don't know what it is about summer but I always want to play around with aquatic blues. I bought this liner and a nude liner from KIKO to use on the waterline. That did not work out as planned. They smudge. Oh boy, do they smudge. But on the upper lash line, this works great. The formula isn't so firm that it tugs at the eye when you apply it but it does stay in place. It's an easy way to add some color to an eye look and look like you spent more time on your makeup than you did.

Too Faced Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealer
I did not like this at all when I bought it. I actually thought I was going to return it. But I gave it a second chance and now I love it. It's not a perfect color match for me. The shade I have is a bit light but otherwise, I think it's a good medium to high coverage concealer that doesn't feel too heavy and doesn't crease too much under the eyes. I apply it with a damp makeup sponge and if I'm feeling fancy I'll set it with a powder.

Things I Am Currently Obsessed With: Cyber Monday Edition

Hi chickadees!

It feels like I haven't done one of these posts in forever, probably because I have been making so many purchases in the last few months. I'm actually trying to cut back on my impulse purchases which is why I'm devoting this "Things I Am Currently Obsessed With" post to what I would be purchasing this Cyber Monday if I just had a ridiculous amount of disposable income. Feel free to take advantage of some of these deals for yourself. As always, I have no sponsors. I'm just presenting these shopping ideas for you and if you do want to support this site, then please consider clicking one of the amazon.com links on my page and doing your amazon.com shopping through my affiliate links. It won't cost you any more but I'll get a tiny percentage on whatever purchase you make.

Dannijo is currently offering a 20% promotion on their site. As far as I know there are no exclusions but test out the coupon code on the items you're interested in to be sure. All you need to do is type in the coupon code "SURPRISE20." What would I purchase? The Dahlia necklace. Not only does it remind me a little of the Aurelie necklace but it is one of the more wearable statement necklaces that Dannijo is currently selling. The necklace is currently selling for $695 but with the discount code of 20% off, you knock a full $139 off the price leaving you with $556. Now that still isn't cheap for a Swarovski crystal necklace which is why I'm including it in this post but if you can afford it, the Dahlia necklace would be my pick from Dannijo this Cyber Monday.

Henri Bendel has been offering promo codes since Thanksgiving. Their Cyber Monday code is "CYBER13" which depending how much you spend and which items you purchase could mean discounts from 25% to 40% off. With the code CYBER13 you will also get free shipping and receive a $20 splurge card which you can use at any point after you've received it before the expiration date. I have no information on how long you'll have to spend the $20 splurge card. Now, if you've been following this site, you know what my pick will be. Of course, I'd recommend getting the Henri Bendel Cafe Girl Scarf which is now back in stock in black and white and color. The scarf is regularly priced at $125 but with the 30% discount you receive a discount of $37.50 making the final total (without tax) $87.50 with an additional $20 splurge card to spend as you see fit at Henri Bendel. If the scarf is still too much of a splurge, Henri Bendel also carries a Cafe Girl Mug for $25 with the same design featured on the scarf.
It is not part of their Cyber Monday promotion as the Cyber Monday discount does not apply to items that are already on sale but I did want to mention that beautybrands.com is currently offering Deborah Lippmann polishes at half price. Now you will not find the entire line of Deborah Lippmann polishes but there are quite a few glitter favorites like Mermaid's Dream and Glitter in the Air as well as a variety of creme and shimmer shades. I picked up a few of them myself as I only own Across the Universe and I thought it might be nice to add a few Deborah Lippmann shades to my collection while they're so cheap. Now, even half price these polishes cost $8.50-$10 which is more than your standard Essie or OPI polish (especially if you've got some kind of sneaky discount or you're taking advantage of a drugstore rewards program) but given the original price of these polishes it's worth taking a look.

I'm generally against buying clothes online but I love the look of this suede skirt from H&M. Everything sitewide is 40% off with the code 7376.

Maggy London is also offering 40% sitewide at maggylondon.com. No promo code is necessary. If you happen to be a size 2 or 6, I would get this Sarong Skirt Satin Dress for $40. If you happen to be a size 10, I like this Laser Cut Faux Leather Dress for $138. Unfortunately, the site does not allow you to apply the discount unless you already start the checkout process (which I'm not about to do) so I cannot verify that the discount gets applied.

Kate Spade is offering 30% off sitewide with the promo code CYBER30. Now I know that this isn't that impressive when the Kate Spade site seems to be having 75% off sales every week. The emails drive me crazy. But given that this is a sitewide sale it means that you have more sizing options in terms of shoes and apparel and just a greater variety of items to choose from in general. I like this Skinny Mini Bow Bangle available in gold, silver, and rose gold. There are a lot of bow bangles out there but this one seems pretty unique. Use the promo code CYBER30 to reduce this bangle from $78 to $54.60 with free shipping to all 50 states. If the bangle is not your cup of tea there are plenty of other items to choose from as Kate Spade carries handbags, jewelry, apparel, phone cases, etc.
I am so tempted to pick up the Urban Decay Smoked palette for the short time that it's $39 with a travel-size duo of the Urban Decay primer potion in Original and Greed but I won't because I already have the Dangerous palette and given how often I've used the last Urban Decay palette I bought it would just be a waste of money. But if you don't own the Dangerous palette or the Smoked palette yet and you've been wanting it, this is a great excuse to pick it up for yourself or as a Christmas present.

Things I Am Currently Obsessed With

Hi darlings!

It's hard for me to do a Things I Am Currently Obsessed with post because I pretty much indulge the majority of my obsessions. I want a nail polish. I get a nail polish. I am no longer obsessed. :)

But I did manage to round up some things to share with you. Let's get started.

Pinterest
Oh my God, I love Pinterest. You can follow me here. http://pinterest.com/lapin20/ It is a perfect fit for how my brain works. All I do I collect things and then find ways to organize and reorganize them. Facts, makeup, books, nail polish. Pinterest provides me with a way to do this with all the things I find online. I pin things pretty regularly so if you would like an idea of what I'm obsessed with at any given moment, you can pretty much just check out my Pinterest account.

Jewelry
I like feminine jewelry and I like weird jewelry. Flowers, keys, hearts, and filigree? Yes. Beetles, snakes, and daggers? Also yes. The name bracelets I discovered at Erica Weiner fall on the feminine side. The anatomical heart necklaces and bird skull necklaces I found on etsy fall on the weird side. I am a bit obsessed with all of them.
Anatomical Heart Necklace small (Plated in 14k rose gold), 18" rose gold plated chain, Made in NYC) quantity listing
$42   http://www.etsy.com/listing/86121559/anatomical-heart-necklace-small-plated

(Note: It comes in another color.)

Solid Rose-Gold Life-Size Hummingbird Skull Necklace (14k, polished finish, 18" rose-gold-fill chain
$180 http://www.etsy.com/listing/56815149/solid-rose-gold-life-size-hummingbird

(Note: There is a cheaper version in a different finish/metal.)

Broadwaycom and PLAYBILLVIDEO on youtube
They do great interviews with Broadway celebrities and the stars of current and upcoming shows. I really want to see Drood after watching Stephanie J. Block's Obsessed episode with Seth Rudetsky. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKyv1RAjejw&feature=plcp I've always heard good things about her but I've never been particularly interested in the things she's been in (The Pirate Queen, 9 to 5, Anything Goes). Drood seems like it could be a lot of fun though. My parents saw it during the original run and I've always had the Playbill in my collection without knowing anything about the show. I might also want to see Marry Me a Little because I do like Lauren Molina on the Cerveris/Lupone recording of Sweeney Todd (which I did see during its run) but it seems a bit expensive. Not sure if it'll go to the Ticketron.

Things I Am Currently Obsessed With

Hi chickadees,

This is the "torment yourself with how expensive these gorgeous things are" post in this series. For some reason the things that are really sticking with me right now are the ones that are not the most budget-friendly. Whether or not you can technically afford them, it's hard to justify purchasing big ticket items like these.

Oliver Peoples Maryse Eyeglasses

I don't actually need a new pair of glasses. My prescription hasn't changed since last year's checkup (thank goodness) and my old Kate Spade frames are perfectly fine. Actually because I scratched one lense, I got them replaced with all the fancy additions, smudge-proofing (which seems to actually attract smudges), etc. etc. But I tried these on in a store one day and kind of fell in love. Self-inflicted torment, I know.

Mulberry Bayswater Bag in Black Printed Leather

I know I've written about Mulberry bags before but now I know which one I want. It's the beautiful Mulberry Bayswater in Black Printed Leather. So simple and sleek yet so gorgeous. Sometimes I just pull up the Mulberry page to stare at it. Before you start swooning or placing your order you should know that this bag costs a whopping $1,350.
Henri Bendel Cafe Girl Scarf

I recently visited Bendel's for the first time. It's always been there. I've just never been interested in going in, but I happened to be in the area with some time to kill. Anyway, I was pretty underwhelmed by most of the merchandise except for this scarf. I love this scarf. I cannot stop thinking about this scarf. It is beautiful. It feels wonderful. I don't even wear scarves the majority of the time. I kind of just want to buy it and frame it and stick it on my wall. But it's $125, and for a girl who doesn't wear scarves all that often, that's an awful lot to spend on a scarf.
Wheat Necklace

Now, this is a two-fold obsession. For a while, I've been obsessed with the Aurelie Bidermann Demeter Necklace which looks like a golden braid with large pieces of wheat attached to it in a lovely organic pattern. I am a Greek mythology fanatic and I can totally picture this as the kind of jewelry a goddess would wear.
Demeter wheat large necklace
This beautiful piece of art will cost you $1,824.

Now, the piece I'm actually coveting is something I just discovered on BCBGMaxAzria's website while scoping out the sale selection. It's not on sale, sadly but it does seem like a more wearable, and certainly more affordable version of the Aurelie Bidermann.

This Metal Fringe Necklace will cost you $108.

Things I Am Currently Obsessed With

Hi chickadees!

The Lizzie Bennet Diaries
As an English major, admirer of classic literature, and a girl, I feel like I should be a big Jane Austen fan. But I'm not. It's a source of great shame that I try to hide from the other female English majors. I've gotten about a hundred pages into both Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility but I just kind of get fed up with her characters. They're pretty unlikable and hypercritical which can only sustain the reader's interest in a novel light on the plot for so long. The only novel of hers that I've finished and liked is Northanger Abbey and that's probably because she made the heroine so silly that she was incapable of spending her time criticizing other people and feeling intellectually superior. But, oddly enough, I tend to love all the Austen adaptations. The quirky ones, that is, like Lost in Austen and Bride and Prejudice. Not that awful Keira Knightley movie.
The Lizzie Bennet Diaries is a series of videos on youtube that adapts the story of Pride and Prejudice to modern day in the form of video diaries. The strength of the series is the way it avoids all the pitfalls of the original story. Lizzie can be harsh and overly critical but with this new format the other characters can call her on her behavior. Additionally, the story isn't only told through her perspective and some of the more extreme characters are softened in the retelling. Also, my favorite character from the book, Charlotte Lucas is great and Lizzie's sister Lydia completely steals the show. She is completely adorable. And I follow Kitty Bennet (actually a cat) on twitter. Anyway, I highly recommend checking it out.

DFTBA :)

Finding a Leather Jacket

Now, I already own a leather jacket. I picked it up on a rather uneventful vacation to Turkey. But it doesn't really fit that well anymore and possibly because of poor construction something odd is happening with the collar. So back here in the US, I'm looking for a replacement (in a different style, of course). It is darn near impossible to find a leather jacket made of reasonably good quality leather in anything approaching a flattering style for a good price. I've been considering just gettting something online but I hate not being able to try things on and I don't feel comfortable buying from an unvouched for website. So...still looking.

A Nighttime Moisturizer

My skin is acting up again. It's my fault. In the midst of testing out the products and samples I have lying around I have aggravated it and caused some unpleasant-looing peeling. Coupled with the air indoors and the fact that I haven't been venturing out much and thus applying my daytime moisturizer, my skin is rather parched. As much as I don't want to introduce anything new into my routine (it usually results in breakouts) I'm on the hunt for a good nighttime moisturizer for my dry skin that doesn't contain any SPF. Fleurdeforce just recommended something from La Roche Posay (which you may recognize as my favorite skincare brand) in her monthly favorites so I may try that out and let you know what I think.

Things I Am Currently Obsessed With

Is it terrible to have acquired so many obsessions in such a short period of time? Long story short, I was freezing one day and popped into far too many shops to hide from the cold. This is the result. (Oh, and just as an update on my last post in this series, I am very happy with my Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda concealer so far and less pleased with my Pixi Tink Tint despite the adorable packaging. Reviews to follow.)

1) Bracelets and bangles

This is an odd one for me, because I get uncomfortable wearing watches. Yet for some reason I kept gravitating towards bangles and bracelets today. I had no luck with bangles because they kept sliding off my tiny wrists until they were halfway down my hand. But my eyes lit up at the display case in Mulberry though, wow, their prices aren't cheap. Does anyone know where I can find authentic discounted Mulberry merchandise? A nice outlet mall or sample sale or consignment shop? Anyway, here is the Tillie bracelet I fell in love with.

http://www.mulberry.com/#/storefront/c6211/5674/moreviews/

It comes in Rose Gold and Pale Gold for a whopping $270. I know. I'm sorry for making you fall in love with it too.

For a slightly less heartbreaking option, there's this Henri Bendel bracelet I found online. It comes in Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold for $78.

http://www.henribendel.com/shop/designer-jewelry/buckle_up_baby_bangle

2) A Mulberry handbag

I'm not really a handbag kind of girl. My favorite bag in the world is the simple cross-body bag I picked up in Argentina for $20.

My other handbags from LeSportsac and Michael Kors were birthday gifts and I didn't care what they looked like as long as they could fit all my stuff. (Yes, I am purposely using that most hated word of English teachers, "stuff".)

It seems like it might be awkward to carry around a Mulberry bag after the casual ease and comfort of those bags. But I melted as soon as I went in the store. The Travel Day Bag, The Bayswater, The Alexa... I'm not even going to post pictures and prices. I will just provide the link if you think you can stand the temptation.  http://www.mulberry.com/#/storefront/c6187/

3) The OPI NYC Ballet Soft Shades Collection for Spring 2012

I thought nothing of this collection when it was first announced. Even when I saw the bottle pics on Refinery29, I was still unimpressed. http://www.refinery29.com/opi-new-york-city-ballet

But then I saw swatches on Scrangie and I'm kind of in love with the collection. I think I'll limit myself to Piroutte My Whistle, Barre My Soul OR You Callin Me A Lyre?, and My Pointe Exactly.

Hopefully, I'll be able to track these down soon. Here are some more drool-worthy swatches to look at.

4) Makeup Savers

My days have been getting longer, whether I'm out exploring or spending the day confined to the library. Thus, my makeup needs some rejuvenation past hour 8 or so. I'm not sure what would work best, though. I have a mild obsession with the Tatcha blotting papers that make appearances in all my beauty/fashion magazines, though the price seems a bit exorbitant.  http://www.tatcha.com/shop/original-aburatorigami-japanese-blotting-papers

I've also heard some good things about the elf blotting papers called the "ELF essential shine erasers" so I might have to check those out since they are so gosh darn cheap! Oh, elf, you indecently low-priced temptress!

Or perhaps I need a setting powder, though with my dry skin I'm not sure how that will make my makeup look less dry and cakey. Still, I've been hearing good things about tarte's Smooth Operator Finishing Powder.
Smooth Operator™ Micronized Clay Finishing Powder with PM20™

What have you been obsessing over lately? Are you interested in seeing me review any of these products. Leave your thoughts in the comments below. :) See you next time!

Things I Am Currently Obsessed With

Other people have monthly favorites. I just throw out one of these "Things I Am Currently Obsessed With" posts when I can't hold back the crazy any longer. With men, hobbies, material objects...pretty much everything, I have the terrible habit of becoming fixated on one thing to the exclusion of all else for as long as the impulse strikes me. Did I mention I'm also terribly flighty? It's a Gemini thing. Anyway, onto the current obsessions tumbling around in my brain at the moment.

Jason Wu for Target® White Cat Printed Scarf.Opens in a new window
http://www.target.com/p/Jason-Wu-for-Target-White-Cat-Printed-Scarf/-/A-13851646

The Jason Wu for Target Milu scarf. Who cares if it's only supposed to cost around $20 when I have no way of getting my hands on it except shelling out way too much money to greedy eBay sellers? No, thank you. But that restraint is tormenting me. Have you seen the Jason Wu for Target commercial? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXV7EqCcqfI How can you resist the adorableness of Milu? This is such an adorable, well-designed piece. The black, white, and red was already calling to my minimalist color palette sense of dressing but then they had to throw in all the poses. Google this scarf and you will see the full design with Milu sitting, standing, stretching...I can't even stand it. Did I mention I've always wanted a cat? Le sigh...

Finding a concealer. There's no picture because this is more of a concept than an actual obsession with a product. You see, I don't sleep. If you check the times for my blog entries you will probably realize this. I have terrible dark circles and horrible dry skin. For some reason I can wear blush and eyeshadow but come near my skin with foundation or concealer and it is not pretty. Let's just leave it at that. Every concealer I've tried either runs and smears or gets thick and cakey.

PixiGlow Tinted Brilliance Balm Magic Tink Tint - Happy Thoughts Pink.Opens in a new window
http://www.target.com/p/PixiGlow-Tinted-Brilliance-Balm-Magic-Tink-Tint-Happy-Thoughts-Pink/-/A-13962980

PixiGlow Tinted Brilliance Balm Magic Tink Tint. I have kind of been in love with this product since reading Musing of a Muse's review. But am I really prepared to pay $16 for a lip balm? I'm obsessive but I'm still cheap. For a high-end lipstick sure. But for a lip balm? I already feel like my Covergirl glossbalms are a splurge and they're my favorite lip product. Besides, I know if I did get this I'd have to get two and take advantage of the chance to get a PixiGlow tote bag with Tinkerbell. I'm a Disney fanatic but my desire for the tote bag isn't out of love for the movie. I actually think Peter Pan is one of their more offensive/racist offerings though pretty much on par with Annie Get Your Gun. No, I love the style of the sketch of Tinkerbell and I have a weakness for all things feminine and girly. And puppies. A definite weakness for puppies.

 http://smartandsarcasticwithdashesofinsanity.blogspot.com/2012/02/pixiglow-tote-bag-sale-on-targetcom.html

DIY projects. Yup, it's another concept. See, I have no illusions about my artistic ability. Here are some examples of my work.

http://smartandsarcasticwithdashesofinsanity.blogspot.com/2011/05/best-sketches.html
http://smartandsarcasticwithdashesofinsanity.blogspot.com/2011/08/recent-drawing-fails.html

But there's also an irrational part of my brain that is convinced that my capabilites know no bounds when it comes to artistic production. Every so often I'll see something and think: I want to crochet a ball... I want to buy some clay and rhinestones and make that necklace... I want to get some fabric and sew a dress... I want to make bath bombs... None of this ever gets done. The closest I came was making a box full of little clay objects last winter...that have remained in that box. Still, I kind of want to get some more clay and try again. Like I don't have enough things to do with all the homework, reading, exams, MCAT's, where was I going with this...?

Aqualia Thermal Serum Fortifying & Soothing 24Hr Hydrating Concentrate - Moisturizers
http://www.vichyusa.com/aqualia-thermal-serum.htm

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Serum Fortifying and Soothing 24Hr Hydrating Concentrate. I want this. Why? Heck if I know. I tried a Clarins Hydraquench serum at a Bloomingdale's counter and sort of thought I saw results but who knows after a day and I wasn't about to shell out $58 to test a product. Also, the price to quantity of product ratio is a little ridiculous. Then, one day I was wandering around Walgreen's as I am wont to do...seriously, if I'm not in class or at home, I'm probably wandering around a drugstore. Or Sephora. Or Lush. Or...where was I going with this? Anyway, a lot of the Walgreen's skincare section actually has testers so I tried out a little of this on my hand out of curiosity and boredom. And it did kind of remind me of the Clarins hydraquench. Well, I reasoned to myself, if that costs $58 and this costs $35 then really I'd be saving money by getting this instead, right? Well, yes, if they're actually comparable and if this actually does something for my skin. Right now I'm testing a new cleanser, moisturizer, and using up a week's supply of a Lush mask so I'm not really in a place to be getting a serum. But maybe if the moisturizer doesn't work out, I'll ignore my better judgment and spring for this product. All I know is that I need to stop staring at it longingly whenever I'm in Walgreen's. It's starting to look weird.

Things I Am Currently Obsessed With

I know I haven't done one of these in a while. It's probably because now, when I'm obsessed with something I usually just save up and get it for myself and either I love it as much as I think I will (Tarte blush!) or it ends up disappointing me (all mascaras :( ).

1) Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Dollface (REVIEW AT THIS LINK) http://smartandsarcasticwithdashesofinsanity.blogspot.com/2011/12/review-of-tartes-amazonian-clay-12-hour.html

I've been gushing about this ever since it came in the mail from my Sephora F&F haul. I blog about it to you. I tell all my friends. I've stopped just short of accosting random strangers... It is a problem. But this blush is wonderful.

2) Circo Ceramic Banks available at Target

I have a certain acceptable quotient of girly and adorable. For example, there will never be enough videos and pictures of puppies looking adorable but I hate the color pink. I would say that on the whole, the way I dress and decorate my apartment has a more classic, feminine sensibility than any overt fondness for the adorable. However, I was transfixed when I saw these in Ingrid/Missglamorazzi/TheGridMonster's vlog from Target. So cute! These are my favorites.

3) Lena Erziak Adam and Aime handbags

I can't imagine how you would make the Adam handbag without some knowledge of bag construction, but I feel like the Aime bag could be DIY-ed. I'm still trying to work it out. Maybe I could use a hard shell gourd or a round empty candy container that splits in half.

Adam $2650 http://www.lenaerziakshop.com/pre-fall-2011/adam.html

Aime $2375 http://www.lenaerziakshop.com/pre-fall-2011/aime.html
(Oh, and be sure to check out the Aime in gold. It is absolutely gorgeous.)

4) Pauletta Embellished Dress from DVF

I'm obsessed with this dress because of the fabric, simplicity, and dupeability. I could totally make this dress. Maybe not with hundreds of sequins, but it would be easy to find a shimmery gold fabric that would look the same at a reasonable distance.

http://www.dvf.com/Pauletta-Embellished-Dress/D4024006T11,default,pd.html?dwvar_D4024006T11_color=GOLD0&start=8&preselectsize=yes&cgid=sale

5) Black Eyeshadow look

I don't know what it is about this look, but I can't manage to mimic it. I've been fixated on it ever since I saw it on one of my favorite nail polish blogs, Fashion Polish.

http://www.fashionpolish.com/2011/09/yves-saint-laurent-new-blacks-black.html

6) Braccialini handbags

There is a storefront near me so I'll sometimes pass by if I've gone to Benefit or MaxStudio. These bags are just so lovely and whimsical. However, they're also not really practical. Yes, they have more traditional styles, but come on, the adorable designs are really the ones you want.

One of my absolute favorites is this one with a little squirrel. http://shop.braccialini.com/cz/temi-handbag_914733.html

But the one I'm obsessing over is this little mushroom/toadstool handbag because it is so DIY-able. Sure, it would take some work but this is just implementing basic sewing/quilting skills. All you have to do is make a good pattern. http://shop.braccialini.com/cz/temi-small-shoulder-bag_917746.html

A lot of my obsessions these days are about jewelry and hangbag DIY and clothing design. I have a portfolio full of designs crying out to be made as well as some simple designer dupes I could quickly get out if I just had the time. I don't think I'll ever have the sufficient time for this to be a DIY blog but maybe someday I'll do some posts on simple DIY jewelry. Would you be interested in that? Let me know in the comments. Also, let me know what your obsessions are this month or what is on your wish list for the holidays. :)
