Drugstore Product Stalking: CVS 298 Mulberry Street

Hello peanuts,

I popped into CVS on a whim and found some items still on clearance. Take a look.

There were a few 50% off stickers on the Revlon Brilliant Strength polishes. Don't get too excited as these are more expensive that regular Revlon polishes.

All of these Revlon polish duos also had 50% off stickers. The right side has matte polishes as one half of the duos. I'm not sure what collection the left side is from.

This Revlon diamond lustre single shadow in 115 Neptune Star was also 50% off.
These particular Sally Hansen Triple Shine polishes were 75% off.
Only this yellow nail art polish was 75% off.
Only the marked Sally Hansen Salon Effects sets were 75% off.

Drugstore Product Stalking: TJ Maxx 620 Avenue of the Americas

Hello maxxinistas,

What? Drugstore Product Stalking: TJ Maxx Edition? Yes, Drugstore Product Stalking: TJ Maxx Edition. This is part of the reason I was late posting my Alexis Bittar Sample Sale Report. I also popped into Old Navy to try and find some workout clothes. They're having 20%-50% off sales and I picked up some T-shirts. But anyway, we're talking about TJ Maxx right now. Now I have a regular TJ Maxx I go to in the suburbs for clothes but the beauty section there is pitifully small and usually out of stock of anything good. I stopped in to this TJ Maxx for the first time to see if I could find some gloves. I got a little sidetracked.
OPI polish duos for $7.99? That's the price of one bottle of OPI polish. Less than one bottle if you're in one of those crazy places that tries to charge you $8.50.
The packaging is a little confusing because it lists all the possible polish duos on the back and you have to pull the bottle out of the packaging to read the name on the bottom. I didn't have all the time in the world so I wasn't able to do that.
However, even before looking at the packaging I knew these two were Don't Pretzel My Buttons and Don't Talk Bach to me. Because I am a crazy person.
These Nicole by OPI duos were an even better deal at $5.99.
I spotted quite a few of the Nicole by OPI Selena Gomez and Modern Family collection polishes in this section. I definitely saw Selena, Love Song, and Scarlett and I think the Modern Family polishes included Haley, Mitch, Cameron, Gloria, and Phil.
Of the China Glaze polishes in the mix I spied Red Satin and Elephant Walk (which I overpaid for in my excitement at trying a China Glaze polish for the first time).

Drugstore Product Stalking: Harmon Face Values 2131 Central Park Avenue

Hello ladybugs,

I thought I'd just ride this wave of productivity and write up this Drugstore Product Stalking post while I'm on a roll. There's not a ton of stuff to share so this post shouldn't be too long.
Let's start with Frozen merchandise because Harmon's certainly did. These were the first two displays I saw when I walked in the store. I really wanted to get one of these tissue boxes but the Elsa boxes which I think have the better designs put the fold in the box over the Elsa panel. Have some respect, tissue box designers. I'm still tempted to get one so I can use it for decor once the tissues are gone.
Water bottles, post it notes, decor... So much Frozen!
These Tervis cups are cute but soooo expensive.
I don't know when Real Techniques landed at Harmon's but I'm hoping for a sale or some coupons in the future. Not all the brushes are in the right displays so be a little wary of the prices in these photos.

I think this L'Oreal polish display was the only new polish collection on display. But then I'm off my game as far as new polish collections are concerned. I used to follow all the blogs but I'm getting a little more lax on that front. I picked up a bottle of 24-carat, the gold top coat for $5.49.

Drugstore Product Stalking: Duane Reade 1430 Broadway

Hello peanuts,

I stopped into Duane Reade during my sample sale hopping today. Honestly, I went in to escape the heat only to realize they didn't have air conditioning. Let's just say I spent an unusually long time by the yogurt and the freezers. While I was in the store, mainly being a creeper by the refrigerated drinks, I spotted quite a few clearance items and some new displays that I thought I'd quickly share with you. This Drugstore Product Stalking post is for the 1430 Broadway Duane Reade between 39th St. and 40th St. I can't guarantee that you'll find all of these items on sale at your local Duane Reade but if there's something you're interested in, it's worth stopping by, especially since in New York there seems to be a Duane Reade every few blocks.
These method soaps weren't on sale. I just think they're adorable. I would have snatched up the Minnie Mouse one if it was $3 or less.

$9.99
I was surprised to see so many of these Rimmel lipsticks on sale. I think they might be getting rid of them to bring over another line.
There were a lot of Prevail polishes. I spotted Nolita Lolita which I reviewed all the way back in 2012. The rest of the polishes were mainly pinks and reds but I did spot some more unusual shades as well.

I also found Maybelline, Nicole by OPI, and OPI polishes on sale. The Maybelline polishes were mainly jewel tones. I saw a lot of polishes from the Metallics collection. There were quite a few Nicole by OPI polishes from the Selena Gomez collection. The selection of OPI polishes was more underwhelming but you might find something you like.

Drugstore Product Stalking: Ricky's 1412 Broadway

Hi chickadees,

This is going to be a quickie Drugstore Product Stalking post as I just popped into Ricky's on my way to a sample sale.
First, ALL the eos lip balms! I personally hate these and find them waxy and drying on my already dry lips but I know that a lot of people love them so if you haven't been able to find the particular flavor you want at the drugstore, you might consider trying Ricky's.

This Ricky's has a giant range of NYX products with some testers but the shelves aren't fully stocked so you might be out of luck if you're looking for a particular shade.

I'm considering getting these two glitter polishes. I know I complain about glitters and already have too many but look at how pretty they are! I know. I have a problem.

I've seen people raving about Kiss Me I'm Brazilian but it just looks like a basic bubblegum/Pepto-Bismol pink to me.

I'm a little underwhelmed by the essie summer collection. The orange looks too much like Tart Deco and the green might be a little garish. It's also probably too close to Sinful Colors Innocent and I only need one polish like that for nail art.
