The moment I saw The Prada Rose Necklace and Earrings from their Spring/Summer 2012 collection (Google it if you have no idea what I'm talking about) splashed all over all the fashion magazines I subscribe to, I was just waiting for a low-end brand to make an affordable copy. Enter in Forever21. The necklace is around $20, a bit higher than your standard Forever 21 fare, but this is a bigger piece and it's clearly a dupe so... at least you're not spending thousands on the real thing, right?
